Our breeding focus here at Rockbell is Painted Desert Sheep registered with the Painted Desert Sheep Society (PDSS). We have a small number of pure Corsicans registered with the Trophy Hair Sheep Of America (THSOA). Crosses of our paints and corsicans can be registered with the PDSS.
We prioritize having a variety of lineages with exceptional horns and a focus on color, good body size, parasite resistance and a calm temperament. Some of our sheep also have elf and gopher ears which are purely aesthetic.
